The coastal part of the village, Puerto de Llansa has a sheltered harbour and a wide pebble beach backed by a beautiful promenade where small bars and restaurants offer a shaded retreat from the sun.

The 18th centry churc is surrounded by a maze of narrow streets with a selection of shops and town houses. There are no large hotels, although tourism is important, the fishing industry still thrives.
